Initial / One-Time Clean-Up Fee Policy

• Covers removal of accumulated pet waste only and does not include regular service.

• Weekly service (1x per week) & twice a week service waives the initial clean-up fee ONLY if service continues.

• Bi-weekly, and Monthly services require an initial clean-up fee.

• If weekly service is canceled after the first visit, it will be charged at the one-time clean-up rate.

How billing works: EXAMPLE BI-WEEKLY 1 DOG

• First visit: $45.99 (initial clean-up ONE TIME ONLY) 

• then ongoing service: $24.99 per visit, Bi-weekly
